今日、今Windowsで動いているリグをethOSに変えて、4GPUから5GPUに構成を変えてみたのですが、やっぱり5枚目が認識しませんでした。
電源を別にしたり、PCIライザーカードを変えてもダメなので、マザーボード(H110 Pro BTC+)の問題なんじゃないかなぁと疑っているのですが・・・どうもわからん。
※9月12日追記
H110 Pro BTC+のPCIe x16スロットをそのまま使うとグラフィックカードは4枚までしか認識しないようです。
PCIe x16を使わずにすべてPCIe x1のスロットに挿すことで5GPU認識しました。
とりあえず、ethOSの設定方法をざっくりとまとめてみました。
◆一般ユーザーethos,特権ユーザーrootのパスワードの設定

（複数のリグを1つの設定で行うために使うファイルで、今回は1リグなので削除）

ちなみに、Zotac GTX1060 AMP Edition のbios nameは「86.06.39.00.96」
bios nameの確認コマンドは、show statsコマンドで確認可能。

◆わからなかったところ
・Host名の変更はhostnamectlコマンドが用意されているのだが、再起動するとデフォルトに戻る。
・KBにCustom Panel IDを設定する項目があり、Internet上から任意の名前でリグのステータス確認ができるのだが、設定コマンド「custompanel」がない？

viさえ使えれば簡単ですね。OSの挙動はよくわからないのですが。
hostnamectlから、元のOSはUbuntu 14.04 LTSみたいですね。
NTPが入ってなかったのでapt-getしたら、サポート外だとはねられた。
